STANDARDISED PRICE LIST
All funeral directors are legally required to publish this Price List for a standardised set of products and services. This is to help you think through your options and make choices, and to let you compare prices between different funeral directors (because prices can vary).
Funeral Prices
We have a range of cremation packages available at fixed prices as below. Please contact us for more details on this or any of our funeral prices, we are happy to guide you through.
The Non-Attended Cremation:
Cremation Only – No Funeral Service, No Mourners Present
A simple, dignified farewell without attendance
Includes:
· Natural Coffin
· A Pilato Mercedes Hearse to convey the coffin to a local Crematorium with pallbearers
· Transferring your loved one into our care during office hours (within 10 miles)
· Preparation, Washing and Dressing of your loved one
· An appointment for viewing your loved one in our private Chapel of Rest
· Our Professional Service Charge
· Crematorium fee (Waseley Hills Crematorium)
· Poem/Prayer to be read by our Funeral Director
· Returning Cremated Remains in a Scatter Tube

£120 surcharge if the transfer is undertook outside of office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm)
£60 surcharge if embalming is required
The Close Family Cremation:
Attended 10 minute Funeral Service with up to 8 Mourners Present
A quiet, intimate service for immediate family.
Service times are restricted, Waseley Hills Crematorium Only.
Includes:
· Rowley Veneered Oak Effect Coffin
· Pilato Mercedes Hearse to meet the family at Waseley Hills Crematorium
· Transferring your loved one into our care during office hours (within 10 miles)
· Preparation, Washing, Dressing of your loved one
· An appointment for viewing your loved one in our private Chapel of Rest
· Our Professional Service Charge
· Crematorium fee (Waseley Hills Crematorium – 10 minute service)
· Word of Prayer or Officiant
· Returning Cremated Remains in a Scatter Tube

£60 surcharge if embalming is required
The Intimate Cremation:
Attended 20 minute Funeral Service with up to 20 Mourners Present
A meaningful service for close friends and family.
Service times are restricted. Waseley Hills Crematorium Only.
Includes:

· Pilato Mercedes Hearse to meet the family at Waseley Hills Crematorium
· Transferring your loved one into our care during office hours (within 10 miles)
· Preparation, Washing, Dressing of your loved one

The Simple Cremation:
A simple, yet personalised full service
Includes:

· Preparation, Washing, Dressing of your loved one
· Appointment for viewing your loved one in our private Chapel of Rest
· Our Professional Service Charge Choice of funeral date, time and attendance
· Online Funeral Notice
· Collection and handling of Donations
· Rowley Regis / Sandwell Valley / Stourbridge / Wyre Forest Crematorium Fee
· An Officiant to lead the Funeral Service
· Returning of cremated remains in a Scatter Tube
· 6 sessions of bereavement counselling if required

The Signature Cremation:
Your choice of crematorium, date and time.
Unlimited attendance
A fully personalised service with flexibility
Includes:
· Journeyman Coffin
· Pilato Mercedes Hearse to leave from a private address
· Pilato Mercedes Limousine to leave from a private address
· Transferring your loved one into our care during office hours (within 10 miles)
· Preparation, Embalming, Washing and Dressing of your loved one
· Unlimited appointments for viewing your loved on in our private Chapel of Rest
· Our Professional Service Charge
· Online Funeral Notice
· Collection and handling of donations
· Crematorium fee (up to £1,195)
· An Officiant to lead the Funeral Service
· 4ft Mixed Flower Coffin Arrangement
· 40 Bespoke Order of Service Booklets
· Returning Cremated Remains in a Scatter Tube
· 6 sessions of bereavement counselling if required

Help with Funeral Costs
If there are insufficient funds for the funeral, you may be eligible for help with the funeral costs from The Department of Work and Pensions.
To qualify for help the applicant (not the deceased) must be in receipt of the following:
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Housing Benefit
- The disability or severe disability element of Working Tax Credit
- Child Tax Credit
- Universal Credit
You may also be eligible if you're getting a Support for Mortgage Interest loan. You can still claim Funeral Expenses Payment if you've applied for these benefits and you're waiting to hear about your claim.
A funeral payment will not cover all of the funeral expenses and there is no guarantee of acceptance. If your claim is successful, the payment will be made directly to the Funeral Director.
If you are not in receipt of any of the qualifying benefits then alternatively you may be able to seek help from a charity, please speak to your Funeral Director for more information.
It is important that you are honest and upfront with your Funeral Director so we can try and help you in the most appropriate way and act in your best interest at all times. Any information you choose to provide us with will be treated with the strictest confidence.
